リヒテンシュタイン公国
リヒテンシュタイン公国は2011年12月19日よりシェンゲン条項の規定を完全に満たしています。この日を以って、ビザ取得が要件となっているリヒテンシュタイン国内に居住する外国人は、旅券とリヒテンシュタインで発行された居住許可書を所持することによって、ある６ヶ月間における90日を限度とする短期滞在として、ドイツならびに他のシェンゲン協定加盟国へ入国することが許可されます。追加的なビザは必要とされません。
2011年12月19日を開始日として、この日より前に他国で発給されたシェンゲンビザを所持している者でもリヒテンシュタインに入国する資格があります。リヒテンシュタインも2011年12月19日より他のシェンゲン協定加盟国へ入国できるシェンゲンビザの発給を開始しています。
Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein fully applies the provisions of the Schengen Acquis starting on 19 December 2011. As of this date, foreigners residing in Liechtenstein who are subject to visa requirements are allowed to enter Germany and other states applying the Schengen Agreement for short stays of up to 90 days within any six month period with their passport and a residence permit issued by Liechtenstein; no further visa is required.
Beginning on 19 December 2011, Schengen visas issued even before that date by other countries also entitle the holder to enter Liechtenstein. Liechtenstein itself has begun issuing Schengen visas, which enable entry into other Schengen states, on 19 December 2011.
